♥하루 99 - Homemade bluecheese beef/chicken burger! yum

grrr that is not 100% true ok I'm not that gluttonous ಠ_ಠ

Wassup! It has been awhile since my sister, Joyce(et) came across an online blue cheese stuffed buffalo burger recipe that made her drool mentally and caused me craving for big, fat burgers (*⊙‿⊙*) So one day we actually planned beforehand to make some burgers in the morning and go for a picnic by the lakeside with sukkie 

Unfortunately.. some of us are very lack of the capability to wake up on time and I forgot to de-froze the meat so in the end we didn't have a picnic (́≖◞౪◟≖‵) To cut the long story short, I made the patties and they turned out fabulous *ahem* HAHAHA JK. Anyway here's how: 

REMEMBER TO DE-FROZE THE MEAT A FEW HOURS BEFORE COOKING. ಠ_ಠ caramelize some onions and put them aside. I've bought ready-minced beef and chicken so you mix them with an egg, water, garlic (self preference. Dijon mustard is recommended too) and  sprinkle some salt and pepper then GRRRRILL THEM. This happened quite some time ago so I don't really remember the precise grilling steps and precautions (go google yourself) T_T Btw, melt a slice of cheese on the patty after grilling if you like. ♡^▽^♡ 

Then, slab on some butter and heat up your sesame burger buns! 

stuff some fresh lettuce leaves and tomato slices into the burger and you're done! ╰( ̄▽ ̄)╭


nom away with the sauces (in my case, chili sauce and flakes!) to your liking. ╭(╯ε╰)╮

HEHEHE. big fat burgers make me happy! (also guilty at the same time) ☹ But anyways, I've been wanting to try out My Burger Lab, which, I heard alot about from Joyceet. *hint hint* They're very well known for their charcoal buns and outstandingly juicy patties AND  perfectionist's grills. Also, thanks (or not) to the creation of internet, I'm always on the blast of cravings 24/7 because of those tempting high definition photos which see to every crumb and succulent bit of the dish T___T *tummy grumbles* 

Alrights late liao I'm going to bed now! It's the christmas season now (yay) and we just had door-to-door caroling. Hehehe it was really fun, the interesting festive hats and candles and merry songs and all. Too bad I'm going to miss the 2nd caroling session due to my grandpa's 100th birthday dinner on sunday. But it's my grandpa's ONE HUNDREDTH BIRTHDAY. SERATUS. 一百. IKR. WOW. Well, more about that soon!
