I'm homeeeee! church camp was awesome. I'm waiting for pictures from aunty Irene so I guess I'll blog about it sometime later. hahaha! I love our campsite (EL sanctuary, Malacca) because it's such a cosy little place with six adorableee & friendly dogs (2 golden retrievers! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧), nice campsite family host and delicious foooood. not to forget the 65 (?) staircases we've to climb everyday to get to our dorm. -.- hahaha, anyway overall I enjoyed very much. more about these in the upcoming camp post! 

I also get to tour around malacca town after camp with those china visitors! have I mentioned how much I love heritage sites and cute colourful vintage buildings and small cosy shops and all? I loveeeee jonker street. have been wanting to go there for a long time! so I went and is all happy. \☺/ hahaha! home at around 11:30am after a late dinner/supper with pastor & family, uncle joe & family and the china missionary team. They're so friendly (I like them! there's one pretty girl with the name grace too!) and also in awe with Joyceet's legs and bass-playing ability. LOL

woke up at 12pm the very next day with a horrible headache. T__T but I gradually forgot about headache cause euniceet's bringing me out for brunch! (momoke went for seminarrr) hahahaha head to ss15 for kanglim's favourite chili pan mee! I thought it'll only be us & I can look all ugly but suddenly kanglim & keathin arrived at subang for no apparent reason. LOL *blush*

 was craving for face to face curry pan mee so I ordered this. and the portion is freakingggg enormoussss. curry soup is not very much to my liking. couldn't finish it ☹ ("you know ah those african kids no food to eat you still waste food!!") ☹ ☹ ☹

 dilemma-ed whether to go for taiwanese dessert or RT cake house after. (realized that sounds like retweet cake house hahahahaha #lame) ok finally went to RT instead hoping for some yummy crepe cakes Joyceet mentioned before. BUT THEY NO HAVE SELL! *emo* bought hokkaido cake instead (heard it was heavenly & saw a woman buying a few boxes) and the cake bread momoke loves. (*⌒∇⌒*) 

 I haven't tried it! I think it's abit like cream puff. oooh! ♥ hahahaha gave one to sue qing for her belated sweet sixteen birthday! ran like a mad woman to her house in my white whale boxers on the street. e___o I hope no one saw me. lol. and she super nice made a thankyou note: 

SO NAISE LEH THE PICTURE. This beautiful girl of ours is growing up to be an honourable and impressive photographer I tell youuuuu. I'm glad to have her as my friend/classmate/transporter-waiting-partner-with-areecca/neighbour/food-hunting-team-mate! hohoho

alright I'll end this post heree and consider going jogging again. (IT HAS BEEN WEEKS & I GOT FREAKING SPORTS DAY COMING UP HOWWWWW?!) but I feel super lazy. ಠ_ಠ Charmaine's not free today too! I guess I'll just go tomorrow. hahahahahah. signing off now!

I'm going to malacca for church camp for 3 days! I'll be back on 星期一! Hahaha, and I went to timesquare,KL  for the first time of my life today after prayer meeting with Joyceet & her volleyball club team mates (*⌒∇⌒*) A wonderful day indeeed. I made new friends, they're super naise people! ☺ More about that when I come home, stay tuned ~

♥하루 60 - Kimchi fried rice inspired by Kimchi ♬

Hello peeps! hohohohoho. I'm the happiest girl alive now! ♡＾▽＾♡ Midterms are officially over & it's time to PARTAYYYYYYYY GET MORE SLEEP AND BURN IGNORE THE BOOKS. I'm still in disbelief that I survived my 3 weeks worthed of exams, with the insufficient deadly amount of sleep & stress. I'm also still in disbelief (nicole: are you serioussss -.-) THAT MIDTERM CIAO-ED & THE HOLIDAYS ARE HEREEEEEEE!! Loads of things to look forward to like church camp, M4J conference & fun trips/outings! *hyperventilates* / *excitement overload* 

Anyway. I shall stop spazzing about my gembira-ism now. hahahaha I'm gonna blog about the kimchi fried rice Joyceet koh & me made on tuesday! (by that time basically already in holiday mood hohoho) and being a loyal k-pop fan myself I actually never tried kimchi fried rice before. As for the "Inspired by kimchi" part don't *you don't say* me hahahaha working adults had home-made korean BBQ dinner and have quite alot of leftover kimchi so aunty vera brought it here, hence triggered Joyceet's semangatness and there we gooo!

#1 PREPARE KIMCHI. usually can be bought at supermarkets refrigerated food area.

#2 SLICE THEM INTO PIECES. make sure it's proportional & not too long!

#3 PREPARE OTHER INGREDIENTS/SPICES chicken, prawn, onions, garlic, eggs

*we used olive groove to replace oil/butter!

#4 FRY EGG BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCES scrambled, sunny side-up, omelette

#5 MAKE SURE PAN IS HOT ENOUGH & FRY ONION TILL CARAMELIZED (smells sweet, softened) THEN ADD IN KIMCHI. 

#6 ADD THE CHICKEN IN FIRST (takes longer time to be fully cooked) THEN PRAWN. AFTER, PUT IN SPICES salt, soy sauce

#7 SLICE EXTRA KIMCHI FOR SIDEDISH!

#7 SERVE. TA-DAAAAAAAAA!  (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

Joyceet fried the rice (miracle!!)  & I fried eggs. HEHEHE. I love frying eyes. e___o and not bad right the eggs I fry. hahahahah. *I fry eggs eggs I fry*. Anyway, the rice turned out really yummy! and don't worry if it's kind of hard to fry cause it's usually a tad bit sticky. Momoke even said it tasted nice and she's proud of us too! /glows/ HAHAHAHA. Alrights, signing off now, looking forward to church camp on saturdayyy!

♥하루 58 - Fun amidst hardship (hahaha)

 

whassssup everybody. do you get the title of my post?? HAHAHA no?  fun is fun & hardship = midterms! (#insidejoke for current form 4 government syllabus students) heh. so it's areeecca's birthday on saturrrrrdaaaaay! (12/5) we felt really terrible not being able to have a big surprise party for her (sweet 16th!) cause of stinky mid-terms but we (Nicole, Jesslyn and me) managed to plan out a nice surprise! cooperated with her sister, aliscia via facebook message. 

Hahaha areecca is watching Avengers on saturday. So the plan is that we'll arrive at a restaurant (turned out to be espress they open the earliest) and then later on her family will bring her for breakfast before the movie. then we'll surprise her! :-D yeah we had plain japanese cheese cake which I decorated with oreos and Lotte's hello pandas \☺/

stay tuned, I'll update the photos from areecca's DSLR (I swear her family is darrrrrn adorable when we're taking pictures and all hahah) when she mail all of em' to me after the mid-terms. which is in approx. THREE days time excluding the weekend! wee wang wang ♬ I'm so excited!

Anyway after areecca's surprise and they left for the movie leaving us extremely bloated after our super heavy breakfast (._. three of us shared two "super double cheezy burger") and the cake (which is extremely noms) our buttons almost popping already, hahahah. went to Aeon with Joyceet and Euniceet selepas itu to get nicholas's birthday present.

-> Do you realise ALOT of people have their birthdays on may 12th!! There's like 5 already in my friend circle ಠ_ಠ which is really banyakkkkk

Aaron and kanglim came over and we had lunch together at black canyon! hehehe. yeah I had the american fried rice AGAIN idk why everytime I go there also eat the same thing -.-

the social game Joyceet is very enthusiastic about where during gatherings/meals everyone must stack their cell phones/tech gadgets at the middle of the table and whoever who touches their phones first got to pay for the meal. hahaha. does not affect me so yay 

a wolf feeding on bones!! couldn't finish my lunch due to the enormous breakfast I had e__o

don't judge! hahahah cheap and adorable boxers hohoho #cheapskate #kiamsiap. Joyceet also bought two charity charm bracelets from cotton on for me euniceet! euniceet gave me one. mine is the dark pretty shade of pink! but I took it off already cause it's too annoying lol

TGIF! brain's half malfunctioning already been sleeping at past midnight and waking up at (before) dawn to study continuously for a week++. Brain died today and I'm probably failing chemistry which I'm trying hard not to think about. sore in the head and nasal region! bad bad bad nose and throat. nose block, have to breath via mouth for several days and it's so sad cause when I shower I think I swallow alot of water/substances I'm not supposed to swallow T___T also, flu made me the noisiest person in class during exam T____T ok. #dejected 

So I'll go to sleep now and make full use of this weekend to study physics! and chem paper 3! :-D I feel like giving up already I will not. it's only three more days. ONLY. THREE. MORE. DAYS. God please strengthen my body physically and mentally and get ride of those stupid and nasty bacterias! heheh

(post specially for sukkie choo wahaha)

 yay got my cert! but not my pingat yet. wonder who's the teacher in charge, geez I forgot who Pn. Iam told me. she even repeated thrice. ☹ 

and yes, went to subway with sue to fulfill our cravings from school. and no, it's not a slack cause we did some komsas and peribahasa and tatabahasa :-p mid-term starts tomorrow! I'm quite scared of the second week thou. That is went all the bombs break loose (╯°Д°）╯︵/(.□ . )\ 

 ok resuming my prosa tradisional frustration.

I cannot accept how shallow the standard is and how offensive it is to us, who is forced to remember all this and sit for our SPM paper in two years time. but at least the good thing is that it's so stupid it's easier to remember -__-
